Physical Performance Improvement Challenge

The Physical Performance Improvement Challenge is designed specifically to improve fitness in key areas of balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, reaction, speed and strength. Older children and teenagers aim to consistently improve their scores in 12 tasks across 4 assessments.
